Diploma thesis discusses the work of management and selection of new colleagues in the real estate market. The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.

This diploma thesis is focused on human resources (HR), defines specific areas of personnel management and HR activities. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background in human resources, to define more precisely personnel activities including sub – areas. The second part of the thesis analyses the current state of personnel management in the specific company. In the final part are defined specific recommendations for personnel management in the company. These recommendations are formulated in accordance with the company’s current situation.

The first part of this work is focused on theoretical outcome and their precise limitation of the topic. In the second part, there is an analysis of human resources management in a particular firm. At the end of this dissertation there are formulated specific proposals and recommendations for a given corporation.The changes are with regards to personal management, which are based from the practical survey founded on the theoretical findings. All recommendations and suggestions were set in accordance with current state of the company.

The first part of the work is devoted to theory and theoretical starting points. In the second part, the analysis of the human resources management process in the selected company will take place. The last part contains proposals and recommendations for improving the human resources management process in the selected company in accordance with its current situation and based on theoretical knowledge.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to carry out an analysis of the procedure of selecting and placing new employees in the company Výstaviště České Budějovice a. s.. The bachelor thesis is particularly focused on identification of resources for selection of new employees, recruitment process system, placing new employees both from the view of working and social adaptation, and further education of employees. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical information on planning of human resources, analysis and description of working positions, methods of recruitment, methods of selection of employees, and placing new employees from the view of working and social adaptation. Further, the company, its history, size, and a number of employees are characterized here. Description of the process of recruiting, selecting, placing, and further education of employees was the first part of the own thesis. On the basis of this description, I carried out an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the process and carried orut an assessment and proposals for improvement.

The first part, theory, begins with job analysis. Then searching for applicants and selection of the employees follows. The key topic of the study is focused on the most frequent method of the employee selection - job interview. The advantages of this method are the possibility to assess the applicant's personality more thoroughly and also to check and supplement the information gained by other selection methods. On the other hand some of the disadvantages are the tendency to subjective assessment and the fact that the interview is comparatively time-consuming. In any case the job interview should be also done according to the ethic principles. There are a lot of types of the interview. Interviews differ for example by structure, by the number of applicants or by the formulation and purpose of the questions used during the interview. Each interview consists of the three following parts: preparation, course and evaluation. The practice reveals that the selection process is influenced not only by the setting of the personnel processes but also by the personal approach and expertise of the evaluators.
